Delete my data
Delete my data erases what our service holds about your phone. It doesn’t touch the routes on your phone or files you’ve exported or shared; delete those in the app.
From the app
- Open Settings, then About CarrierCaddy on iPhone, or About, privacy & licenses on Android.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
- Wait for the service to confirm it. If it says the request failed, try again with a connection; a request can’t go through offline. If you use the service again later, it registers a new anonymous identifier for your phone.
To remove routes, delete them in the app. Protected copies kept in Settings → Backup & restore are cleared there, separately. Files you exported, prints and copies you gave other people are not affected. Before you uninstall, make a backup of anything you still need.
Without the app
If you can no longer open the app, email us. Include your phone’s identifier if you have it (Settings → About shows it), but not route files or customer details. We delete the records and confirm by reply within 45 days.

Deleted
- Your phone’s anonymous identifier and its public key.
- Its Plus status and its lookup counts.
- Its request records and monthly totals. They never held an address or stop, in any form.
- The link between it and any promotional code it redeemed. The code stays used.
- Its customer record at RevenueCat, the subscription service we use.
Not affected
- Routes and other data on your phone, and copies you exported or shared.
- A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is managed, canceled or refunded through that store; deleting the identifier does not cancel it, and the store keeps its own purchase history.
- Copies in our database restore points, which leave within 35 days.
- Messages you sent to support, until you ask us to delete them.
