Eyes on the road
The app talks; you drive. Never use it while driving: setup, scanning and editing belong to parked time, and nothing needs reading while you move.
About
CarrierCaddy is made by Function Desk LLC, a one-person company owned by a working delivery driver.
It started with an everyday problem on a real route: keeping hundreds of stops straight, and the instructions that make each one different. Nothing on the market was built for that job. The tools were made for the office, or were note apps that knew nothing about stops.
So a driver built one. The shape of the work decided the shape of the app: stops you can read at a glance, reminders spoken so your eyes stay on the road, careful label matching, and routes, names and notes kept on the phone, with no account.
It is independent, and it is for anyone who works a route of stops, whatever the work. The goal never finishes: a multi-tool that keeps improving, built around your safety, your privacy and the service you give at every stop. The free app has every essential tool; Plus adds more for those who want it, and the members who choose it pay for what comes next.
The app talks; you drive. Never use it while driving: setup, scanning and editing belong to parked time, and nothing needs reading while you move.
The right instruction at the right stop means fewer mistakes, fewer trips back and customers who can count on you.
No account. Customer names, notes and photos stay on the phone; a route goes to someone else only when you send it, and backups are encrypted.
An uncertain address match deserves a look. A suggested order is a suggestion, and a personal scan is not an official record.
The work changes and so does the app, in small steps shaped by real route work. The essentials stay free, for good.
CarrierCaddy began with stops and the details that make each one different. It grows one tool at a time, each made for people who work a route and shaped by what they ask for.
Spoken reminders, parcel runs, label scanning, encrypted sharing and backups, and other tools for the day.
More tools for more kinds of route work, chosen with the people who use them.
As AI becomes able to plan and act for people, we’re building CarrierCaddy to put it to work for drivers: carefully, with safety first, only where it truly helps, and only with your say-so over your data.
Eyes on the road. Your routes on your phone. Fair to the people who pay for it.
